How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We provide free shipping to Canada and the United States.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of five star shopping (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I took for the game in OSU. I moved from the blue noneem svitschy (but I played MX blue and I did not notice the difference in principle). Also tried to play Red and MX speed. It is most convenient for me to play on a keyboard with tactile returns, but the click of blue I'm already tired of. Specially looking for a keyboard with replaceable scrolls, so in case I did not like it I could buy others and replace, but playing on Browns something better to imagine difficult. In general, the keyboard is made soundly, does not rattle, does not creak, stabilizers are normal. Liked the backlight, enough modes, good brightness range. Yes sweets are replaceable, by the way I doubted a little. Put ordinary mechanical can not, there are no suitable holes. I did not notice any contacts on the board not on the sweater, I still did not understand how they work. When the first time I got a sweater, I thought that I tore off his legs, but there was no)))) The layout is not familiar after the standard, but in general everything is intuitive and I think soon I will get used to it.
The keyboard is super nice!!! The rgb effect is awesome. The keys (brown) feel very good. The only thing I don't quite like is that the keyboard is a bit tall and the software is buggy and poorly translated. All in all, superb keyboard at a superb price!!! You won't regret buying it (if you don't mind the missing keys)

the product came in literally 14 days and tbh overall I really like it . the rgb is not the best but what more can you expect at this price point? one more thing is that the keycaps aren't that good as you try to take out the key cap it can easily get scratched( recommend using a different key cap puller) other than that the store was very kind and replied pretty quick. highly recommend

Everything is super, it came, though late for 6 days, but in general thank you, everything is cool
It is exactly like what it is advertised, the keys are nice but only not glossy on the top. the activation force was also as advertised and it feels like a good red switch. The lights are RGB but they are kind of the knock off type of RGB, it's like 3 different smaller LEDs and a magnifying piece , it's like the genuine one but the LEDs are much larger and you can see the difference between the colors and it ends up kind of having 2 different sides. But other than that, it's very nice but a little bit hard to use.
En keyboard is excellent, just like the D is Crypt, I arrive fast to Chile (20dias) and in excellent is condition is, it works to perfection, I recommend the product and store
Clava arrived quickly (3 days took the order, 12 days went. Made top, gaterons, DoubleShot Capas, all as needed. Of the pros: sweets, keykaps, body. Of the minuses: playt, stabs and hum when pressed, and so no longer watched. Software is so, incomprehensible. In short, the clan is definitely worth its money.
Wrong item send (I got brown instead of black switches) but fair store, partially refunded. My recommendation.
Works exactly as expected and such a pleasure to type in! The lights and colours are a bonus which I didn't actually need; luckily it's easy to turn them of (by pressing Fn+BackSpace). Packing uses a cardboard box and minimal plastic; ideally there would be no plastic at all but this is more eco-friendly than most packaging I've seen.
RGB optical keyboard on gateron with Selectable Switch and good software For 2500 rubles. its money is definitely worth it.

****GK61 keyboard is on the left in pictures of both, Ducky One 2 mini on the right**** To say I'm impressed with this keyboard is an understatement. price Vs performance, you are getting a brilliant keyboard packed with more features than more expensive options. comparing to my current Ducky keyboard, there are very few physical differences, this keyboard does not have adjustable height which is a very small issue, but that's pretty much the only real flaw. keyboard comes with braided usb type c cable, 2 keycap pullers and instructions. RGB lighting can be controlled by either software or by the keyboard itself, and offers macro control as well, not to mention the keyboard itself has its own memory to store set profiles to switch on the fly. For the price the keyboard is, you can't go wrong. This cost around £25 where as my Ducky One 2 Mini cost £100 more than that and its performance is on par with the Ducky. highly recommended.
