How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

No. We provide free shipping to Canada and the United States.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Arrived in time. A little wide, but it's fashion. There are patterns on the tour. Box, cover and cloth included.

I did not even expect that the glasses will be so good! Super! Look expensive, stylish. I ordered blue. They look better than in the photo. Came in a case, inside a cover, a cloth for wiping the glass, a test picture. Shipping is not very fast, but it is our post office so worked. They arrived in russia on 17.02.19, i received them on 20.03.19. The parcel was tracked to the end. More than a month walked through russia. I advise everyone of this store. I will definitely order more and advise all friends. Thank you.
