How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We provide free shipping to Canada and the United States.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of five star shopping (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Delivery to Ufa three weeks. Headphones are cool, but hippy. The sound in my opinion is very much not even anything. The radio did not work, it may not catch in the room. Tracks switch. There is light music on the ears;)
Headphones went a little more than a month. They look pretty decent. The sound is clean, even the bass is. The Bluetooth sound is more juicy than through the wire. I took as a gift, I liked it. I recommend.
So, the headphones are very light, the ear pads do not fit very tightly to the ears, feels like foam inside. On the sides of the headphones there is a backlight that does not work, as I understand, only from the cord. In other modes-blinks, glows, all Hood. FM radio function works well. Ordered on November 11, arrived on November 27. Came well-wrapped in a cardboard box. Match description exactly. They’re going to be a gift so I can’t comment on the sound, but the headphones seemed very sturdy and well-made. The shipping time was also impressive. Highly recommended product & store.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these headphones due to the low price. I normally only wear them while out doing my morning walk exercise while listening to an audio book. Sound quality is not important, just the clarity of the book reader. The background sound blocking was impressive since I was replacing headphones that were over the ear, not on the ear. Just out of curiosity, I plugged them in to my computer and found a video game that had incredible sound effects that I never noticed when playing using just the laptop's speakers. The bass blew me away since I never was able to hear it before while just using the laptop's speakers.I certainly recommend these headphones for both the quality and the price.
Packing is in full order, not crumpled. Wireless Bluetooth headphones liked both me and my spouse. Bluetooth connection to any technique that has such a function, instant, no problem. The sound (after fine tuning of the technique used) is very surprised-soft but juicy bass, the sound is clean without lag, the stereo effect is listened perfectly, the sounds of all instruments and voices are listened relatively clearly. In general, I am very happy to buy, and I advise everyone of this store.
These headphones have great noise reduction and volume control. I used them running and found them to be very comfortable as well. We watch our young grandson and he has a tendency to be loud while I am trying to concentrate on a online course. Problem fixed. I had one of his uncles try them and he was surprised with the clarity and volume. Highly recommend these.

Good headphones for the price. These exceeded my expectations. For a brand I never heard of, I was surprised of the sound quality and details of the build. They are small and versatile when your on the go and have a long enough wire to extend comfortably. Near the headphone jack, there is some wire support so you won't find exposed wire anytime soon. The headband is on the smaller side, but you can adjust the sides to the height of your head.
